NVIDIA is reportedly acquiring Hugging Face for $12.9 billion in one of the biggest open-source AI moves to date. Bill Gates is warning world leaders they’re unprepared for the scale of AI-driven job disruption headed their way, and Broadcom is lining up as much as $100 billion in financing for its AI chip build-out — a sign that the AI boom is increasingly being funded by debt rather than cash on hand.
Hosted by Mike Vizard and Alan Shimel, with guests Jon Swartz, Anne Ahola Ward, and Tom Hollingsworth.
