Given that we are in the early stages of the AI rollout, it might seem to be a good idea to experiment with a wide variety of features. But these can also damage the reputation of the companies that roll out poorly-defined capabilities. On the flip-side, such features could bring incredible value to the consumer and the producer if they serve a real need.
